Kolibro Ltd. is the owner of all legal rights and title to the Kolibro company name and all the activities and actions under the Kolibro company name. The use of the Kolibro company name without obtaining prior written consent from the Kolibro Ltd. is prohibited.

Entering the data in any way on the Kolibro Ltd. website www.kolibro.com or presenting them in the way, which leads to changes in the content or the look of the data, the presentation or the structure of the website, or other works featured on the website www.kolibro.com, or to the probability that such change may occur is also prohibited.
The risk connected with the acceptable use and exploitation of the materials, including information available on the Portal is incurred by the user. Kolibro shall not be liable towards users of the Portal or third parties for both, direct and indirect damages, connected with the improper use or interpretation of the materials, including information available on the Portal, and also the damages, which occurred due to their incompleteness or inaccuracy.
Kolibro shall not be liable for both, direct and indirect damages, connected with the lack of access to the Portal due to any cause, including computer viruses and other programs, which may damage the proper functioning of the computer or other objects belonging to the user.
It is not possible for Kolibro to constantly monitor the cases of unauthorised placing of hyperlinks on the Portal, which may be located on other portals and websites. The appearance of such hyperlinks shall not cause any legal liability on the side of Kolibro, specifically it shall not provide the evidence of economic relationships between Kolibro and such portals and websites and it shall not denote, that Kolibro identifies itself with materials and information, which they contain.
